Unopened Products
Unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Opened or Used Products
Returns for opened or used products are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Determinations will be made at the sole discretion of B Andrew Skin Care, taking into consideration factors including, but not limited to, product condition, usage, production issues, and shipping-related concerns.

Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of the return approval decision.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by B Andrew Skin Care.
